In these incredibly challenging times, I look forward to lending my experience working for the families and small businesses of Washington State to the task ahead.
I grew up in a middle class family, my dad is a carpenter and my mom was a school lunch lady. I know and understand the devastating impacts of a recession, and the need for assistance and opportunities to help people get back on their feet.
I believe that this office should be a platform for helping create an economy that works for everyone, expanding access to education and opportunity, and ensuring that we continue to tear down barriers and guarantee every Washingtonian is welcome and respected.
As Lieutenant Governor, I’ll build on my record and do my part to help all the people of Washington.
